The Center for Nanoscale Systems is a cutting edge research facility, with locations at Harvard University's Cambridge and Allston sites. Expert staff are available to support and train our users.
Cambridge: Nanofabrication
Our 10,500 sq ft cleanroom is located on the ground floor of the LISE building.

Our Cambridge-based Imaging & Analysis facility houses high resolution electron microscopes, optical and x-ray labs.

Allston: Imaging & Analysis
Our Imaging & Analysis site opened in 2021. This features an electron microscopy lab, materials characterization space and soft lithography foundry.
