Manuscripts for oral and poster presentations will be published in "The Journal of Computer-Aided Materials Design."

There is no specific length requirement for manuscripts. We recommend taking a look at a sample paper from the journal to get an idea of the desired format.

Paper submission is not required by all presenters, but we strongly encourage participation in this publication.
Manuscripts are due May 31, the first day of the conference.

Your work will be refereed by the attendees of the conference.
There is no specific page limit for manuscripts.

Authors should submit two copies of their manuscript if it has graphics- one copy in grayscale, and one copy in color. The printed publication will be in grayscale (unless an author needs color graphic representations, in which case a substantial fee is added), and the online publication will be in color, at no cost to the author.

Posters should be in vertical format, 34" across, and 42" tall. See poster example here.

In our experience, poster presentations are most effective when the presenter provides 8.5" by 11" handouts of his/her poster for attendees to take with them.
