Poster Sessions and Reception: 4:30–6:30 p.m. in LISE, Ground Floor Cafe. (Please be with your poster by 4:15 p.m.)

Title Submission
Please submit title, poster presenter, and collaborators via email to Events at CNS no later than Wednesday, February 20th, 2008. This is an absolute deadline.

Poster Submission
Deadline of 3pm 2/22/08 (Friday) for the poster printing in house in SEAS.
Please submit an electronic copy (via email, CD, etc.) to the Editorial Office (editorial@seas.harvard.edu) Cruft Lab, Room 217, 617-495-3391 by Friday, February 22, 2008.

Poster Printing
Large-format plotters are available at SEAS, and at Kinko's in Harvard Square.

The SEAS Printer may not be available at all times, so please be prepared to print at an alternative location.

Poster Format

• Posters will be mounted on display stands in the LISE, Ground Floor Cafe during the day on Friday, February 29, 2008.

• Suggested Formatting and Handouts (see figure).

The poster should be set up as 34 inches across and 42 inches in length.Titles should be informative and written in a large, readable font such as Arial 100 point bold. The next line should list faculty (and have 2 or more names to emphasize collaborative work) in a readable font, i.e., 72 point Arial bold. The next line should list all other contributors in the readable 72 point Arial regular. Shown in the figure are the desired elements of a short statement of:

* Research Goals
* Outcomes for Technology and Society (big picture)
* Compelling Graphics to attract the eye
* Approach, Instrumentation and Facilities
* Future Work

We also ask that you prepare letter-size (8.5 x 11) handouts of the poster to give to the visitors with your contact information: e-mail, telephone, and website address, as appropriate.

Please bring the handouts with you for the poster session.
